All of the organizations that are now TOP UPWORKS were part of the same IT peer group – sharing similar values, systems, processes, and best practices. Our teams have worked together and informally advised each other for a long time. Coming together as TOP UPWORKS cements this bond.

Our new name comes from “integrity,” the most important core value we all share. Coming together under this name unites our team and defines our path forward.

Managing Director, GA

Hamish brings over 25 years of IT enterprise industry experience—leveraging a large enterprise approach and processes development ideology to TOP UPWORKS. Founding ProviDyn in 2008, his expertise includes operational efficiency improvement, telecommunications, information security, disaster recovery, and business continuity.

Born and educated in London, Hamish also spent time in South Africa before crossing the Atlantic. Outside of the workplace, he enjoys hiking, traveling with his wife and three children, and serving as a scout leader. He also enjoys classic European cars and motorcycling through the mountains.

Director of Client Strategy

As a seasoned Information Technology (IT) professional with nearly two decades of experience, Anita applies her expertise to help align technology initiatives with clients’ strategic business goals. In that capacity, Anita develops program roadmaps and budgets, designs technology plans and approaches, directs client on-boarding, and compiles and leads technology business reviews—all based on client-specific needs.

She is also charged with relationship management, including facilitating meetings and strategy sessions, presenting client webinars and events, and advising clients on emerging technology trends and opportunities.

Previously, Anita worked for KeyWorth Bank, Arris Interactive (now part of Arris International), and Hitachi Communication Technologies.

Anita lives with her husband, Bill, in Peachtree Corners, Georgia. She was a Cub Scout leader for five years and is an avid sports fan, having cheered on her two sons’ basketball, baseball, and cross country teams. Anita also served on the Parent Leadership Council at Oglethorpe University.

Senior Director, Operations

Matt brings over 20 years of experience in business enabling technology to TOP UPWORKS, the majority with IT consulting firms. Matt is responsible for day-to-day operations and long-term strategic solutions.

Prior to joining the TOP UPWORKS leadership team, Matt served as a director at All Covered/Konica Minolta Business Solutions

Outside of work, Matt enjoys reading, golf, fiddling with cars, and spending time with family.
