Iconic IT is joining TOP UPWORKS.

As Chief Operating Officer, Mike oversees daily operations at TOP UPWORKS. He brings over twenty years of experience in the IT and MSP industry, including the operations of a national brand.

Mike founded Capstone IT with his wife Sitima in 2003, and led its growth for over 15 years. In 2019, he became CEO of Iconic IT. In his current role, Mike uses this experience to ensure the best possible experience for clients and the team.

Mike is on the Board of Directors East House, a Rochester-based nonprofit. He is an avid sports fan who enjoys playing soccer, basketball, and football.

As Vice President of Sales, Nick uses his long-term engineering skillset combined with sales knowledge to help people truly understand how TOP UPWORKS can impact their business.

In 2003, Nick founded Live Consulting, a managed services provider in Denver, CO, with his business partner Tony Miller. For over 15 years, they built Live into a recognized and respected organization – with Nick shifting from technology to sales along the way. Live formed part of Iconic IT, and as Vice President of Sales, Nick grew and led a national team of salespeople.

In his role as Vice President of Services, Tony uses his long-term engineering skillset combined with sales knowledge to help people truly understand how TOP UPWORKS can impact their business.

With long-time business partner Nick Nyberg, Tony founded LIVE Consulting in 2003. For over 15 years, they grew LIVE into a major Denver MSP. LIVE formed part of Iconic IT, and as Vice President of Service, Tony worked with various teams to standardize and optimize services for improved client experiences.

Sitima founded Capstone IT with her husband Mike in 2003, and led its growth for over 15 years. In 2019, she became VP of Marketing for Iconic IT, leading a national marketing strategy. As Vice President of Brand, Sitima leverages her charismatic presence and community relationships to bring the TOP UPWORKS brand to the local marketplace.

Sitima is on the Board for the Small Business Council of Rochester. She is a professional speaker on a wide variety of topics including cybersecurity, sales and marketing, and business strategies.
