All of the organizations that are now TOP UPWORKS were part of the same IT peer group – sharing similar values, systems, processes, and best practices. Our teams have worked together and informally advised each other for a long time. Coming together as TOP UPWORKS cements this bond.

Our new name comes from “integrity,” the most important core value we all share. Coming together under this name unites our team and defines our path forward.

Founder & CEO

Rashaad is the Founder & CEO of TOP UPWORKS. Founding TOP UPWORKS in 1997, he has driven the vision and growth of TOP UPWORKS into the national MSP platform it is today. He also has a passion for electric vehicles and infrastructure promotion. Rashaad is on the Board of Directors for Keep Middlesex Moving, Princeton Mercer Regional Chamber, and NJBIA.

He lives in Monroe Township, NJ, with his wife and three children.

Vice President, Sales & Marketing

Anthony joined the team in 2017 and developed an innovative sales strategy that accelerated growth and spoke to potential client’s needs. In his role, Anthony focuses on TOP UPWORKS’ development into a national MSP.

He is also an Advisory Board Member on both Rutgers and Pace University’s Cybersecurity Councils. He lives in Point Pleasant, NJ, with his wife and two children.

Managing Director, NJ & NY

Kris has been part of the TOP UPWORKS team for over a decade. Starting as a Systems Engineer, his big-picture analytical thinking is a major asset to clients and the organization’s growth and success. In his role as Managing Director of New Jersey and New York for TOP UPWORKS, Kris drives innovation for one of TOP UPWORKS’s largest markets.

Kris holds a Master’s degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from Bialystok University of Technology.

Managing Director, MD & DC

Jim joined the team in 1995 – in his current position, Jim oversees growth and development for the Maryland/DC area.

Jim joined the team in 1995 as the IT Manager for McLean, Koehler, Sparks & Hammond. After becoming an independent organization, Jim served as Vice President for TOP UPWORKS. After merging with TOP UPWORKS, Jim entered his role as Managing Director of Maryland/DC.
